Today, we’re launching a new website experience at scribe-x.com that better represents our company’s evolving priorities. Our last major website overhaul took place in 2021, and recently we’ve identified needs our existing site wasn’t meeting, which required a wholesale change. Ultimately, our new website will serve all our users better.
Early in our history, our website’s primary purpose was speaking to potential customers. Now, ten years later, our company has matured, and one of its most important missions is reaching the potential new medical scribes who will eventually support our long list of existing customers. As we began designing our updated website experience, we outlined the two audiences we wanted to reach:
Our design focus became clear: create a user experience that effectively speaks to our primary audience segments through copy that moves readers to action within a brand-cohesive, visually diverse, and simple-to-navigate user interface.
This design approach begins on the homepage by asking users to self-identify which action they’d like to take: Hire Scribe-X or Become a Scribe. Once the user opts into one of these solutions, they can learn about what we offer, why we offer it, and why utilizing Scribe-X as a customer or employer is the best choice they can make, all in as little as two or three clicks.
While the top navigation provides access to all the site’s pages, we’ve implemented a robust page for each of our primary audiences.
Clicking the Hire Scribe-X button takes the user to our Proven Benefits page, which includes clearly outlined health center and clinic benefits, customer testimonials, real-world data points, downloadable case studies, and clear next steps to schedule an informational meeting with one of our team members.
Clicking the Become a Scribe link takes the user to an informational page outlining position benefits, our new scribe journey program, blog posts written by current and former scribes, and opportunities to apply for open positions.
Clicking the About Us page enables both audiences to dive into our company’s mission, vision, and values and meet our leadership team..
